Episode 4!!

Well, after a few issues recording, Episode 4 is finally done!

  • I bought some 100% Merino from Mother Goose for a slouchy hat after loving the hatI made for Andy!
  • And also bought a spotty Project Case from Bobble in Nailsworth!
  • Ordered some Stylecraft from Wool Warehouse ready to start a memory blanket for my friend's daughter.

Episode 3

On The Needles (and Drop Spindle):

  • Pattern: Of The Moon by Caitlin Ffrench, a free pattern on Ravlery. I used my naturally dyed sock yarn by Spin City UK in the Rhubarb Crumble colourway!
  • Hermione Everyday Socks by Erica Leuder, using hand dyed sock yarn from LYS Miju Wools in Gloucester.
  • I have stated spinning my Dolly Mixture fibre from Spin City UK, lots of gorgeous colours and sparkle! Because we all need some sparkle in our life sometimes :) a blend of BFL, Finsheep, Merino, Soya Silk and Angelina!
Finished Objects:

  • I showed Andy's finished hat that I mentioned in the last episode, I used the Regular Guy Beanie by Chuck Wright, a free pattern on Ravelry. I used hand dyed merino yarn from Mother Goose in Nailsworth.
In The Flock:

  • I took part in the Valentines Day Card swap in the Little Bobbins Knits ravelry group and show one card and little goodies which arrived with it. I will be showing a couple more next episode :)
  • BRQ swap (Barn Raising Quilt), organised by Shannon from the Minerva Turkey podcast and Ravelry group, my package is complete and ready for posting!

  • Drops Circulars - 3mm / 80cm
  • Cascade Yarns, 75% super wash merino 25% nylon, in a gorgeous emerald green, gorgeous!! Colour - 5657.
  • Spin City UK fibre!!! (Of course!!) Colourway - Nebula. Absolutely stunning!! Blend is Merino, Alpaca, Angelina and Tencel :) Gorgeous!!
